MALAYSIA STUDY ROOMS may process account email, display name, Study Room participation, chat messages, shared notes, study questions, uploaded study images, moderation reports, block lists and account deletion requests.
Microphone access is used only when a user chooses to join a Voice Room. MALAYSIA STUDY ROOM's current voice feature is designed for live peer-to-peer communication and does not intentionally record Voice Room conversations as stored audio files.
Data is used to authenticate users, operate Study Rooms, synchronize content, support educational collaboration, process reports, prevent abuse, and maintain app security and reliability.
MALAYSIA STUDY ROOMS uses Google Firebase services including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage.
MALAYSIA STUDY ROOMS does not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers required to operate the app or disclosed where required by law, security obligations, fraud prevention or abuse investigation.
Users can report users or messages and block users. Study Room hosts can remove or block users from their own rooms.
Users can request account deletion from inside MALAYSIA STUDY ROOMS under Legal / Account, or use the public account deletion page.
