Delete Your MALAYSIA STUDY ROOMS Account

This page is for users of StudyK (MALAYSIA STUDY ROOMS) who want to request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to request account deletion

Method 1: Open MALAYSIA STUDY ROOMS apps → Legal / Account → Delete Account → Request Account Deletion.

Method 2: If you cannot access the app, email our support team at: mmluckyteam@gmail.com

Please use the same email address registered with your StudyK account.

Data that will be deleted

• Malaysia Study Rooms account information
• Email address and user profile information
• Study Room membership information
• Chat messages associated with the account
• Shared notes and study content
• Uploaded study images

Data that may be retained

Certain moderation, security, fraud-prevention or legal records may be retained when necessary.

Where retention is required, such data may be retained for up to 90 days after the account deletion request, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

Deletion processing time

Verified account deletion requests will normally be processed within 30 days.
