1. About the App

Smart Parking Helper (the “App”) is developed by MM Lucky / Kiing Jiu Hock. It helps users save their parking location and floor information. The App is a paid, one-time purchase and does not contain ads or third-party tracking SDKs.

2. Data we collect

The App does not collect, store, or upload any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number.

The App only uses the following data on your device:

2.1 Location data

• Purpose: to get your current GPS location in order to save your parking spot and help you navigate back to your car.
• Usage: location data is used only to display and store your parking spot locally on your device. It is not uploaded to any server and not shared with any third party.

2.2 User-entered notes

• Text notes such as floor or comments are stored locally on your device and are shown only to you.
• The developer cannot access this data remotely.

3. Data storage and transfer

• The App does not use any cloud backend and does not automatically upload your data to the internet.
• All data (parking locations, notes) is stored locally on your device.
• When you uninstall the App or clear its data, the locally stored data will be removed.

4. Third-party services

• The App does not include advertising SDKs (e.g. AdMob).
• The App does not include analytics SDKs (e.g. Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics).
• The App does not share or sell any user data to third parties.

5. Children’s privacy

• The App is intended for general users (drivers) and is not specifically directed to children under 13.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
• Parents or guardians may remove the App from the device if they believe it is not appropriate for a child.

6. Permissions

The App may request the following permission:

6.1 Location (approximate / precise)

• Used only to save your parking location and help you navigate back to your car.
• Not used for background tracking or advertising.

You can revoke location permission at any time in your device settings. If you disable location, you can still use manual notes, but the App cannot automatically save GPS coordinates.

7. Data security

• Because the App does not upload data to any server, the risk of remote data breach is very low.
• We recommend that you protect your device with a screen lock (PIN, fingerprint, or face ID) to secure local data.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time due to new features or legal requirements. Updates will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
